Refund policy

We comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

Customised Products

Customised products (including jerseys with names, numbers, team branding, or made-to-order designs) are created specifically for each customer.

For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, including incorrect size selection or spelling errors entered at checkout.

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund only if the customised product:

  • Has a manufacturing fault, or
  • Is significantly different from what was ordered

All claims relating to customised products must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

 

Non-Customised Products

For non-customised items, we accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging are intact

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items (ACL)

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the issue, this may include:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Refund

To lodge a claim, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with ACL requirements.

 

Sizing Disclaimer

All sizing charts are provided as a guide only. It is the customer’s responsibility to review sizing information carefully before placing an order.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection on customised or made-to-order products where the item has been produced correctly and as ordered.

If you are unsure about sizing, we recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.

 

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
